Pendular pocket store
All products viewed in our online store are sold subject to written and photographic description. We aim to make these as accurate as possible but please understand that human error may occur, or visuals may alter slightly based on screen settings.
Any errors that occur will be rectified by contacting you first and agreeing on a solution. This may be a refund, a replacement or a cancellation of the order.
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. We reserve the right to change the design and specification of products. Descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We may also remove products from sale without notice.
Occasionally the site may be offline due to technical error or for maintenance.
Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to refuse any order or refuse service to anyone, for any reason at any time. In using our site, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and shipping information for all purchases made at our store and that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk.
We use the platform Stripe for the payments.
We process your order between two and five labour days since the payment is effective.
We ship with DHL and Deutsche Post with standard shipping option. It usually takes from one to two weeks to deliver. If you prefer another kind of shipping please contact us to firstname.lastname@example.org.

To EU from 7€.
To Worldwide is currently unavailable.
Shipments in purchases over 70€ within the EU are free of charge using the FREESHIPPING code.
We truly hope you are very happy with your new Pendular Pocket item.
But if you decide to return it, It must be in the next 7 following days since you have received the package. The article must be in perfect shape and conditions, not used, with all the labels on it and with its original package. Then:
_First step is contacting us via email at email@example.com. The sooner the better. We will appreciate a little explanation from your side about what was the problem.
_Next, under agreement and fulfilling all the requirements mentioned above. You will proceed to return the package.
_Once the package has arrived back to our studio in the same way we send it. We will refund the price without the shipping costs.
