Privacy Policy
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. None of this information is divulged to another party. Furthermore, you can contact us at any time and ask us to remove this information from our system. 
We send two or three emails during the season, and for this we us Mailchimp. We will only add you to our mailing list if you sign up for it. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time.

Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. This is an online e-commerce platform allowing us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall and adhere to GDPR legislation. Payment
We use Stripe, a secure platform to handle the payments in our online store. Here, you can consult their policies.

Security
Pendular Pocket will never disclose your personal information to another party. We employ sensible precaution and practices to ensure it is not inappropriately used, accessed or disclosed.
No internet transmission is 100% secure.
Credit card information is processed and encrypted by Stripe.
In using our site you accept the inherent security risks of providing information over the internet and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security, unless this is due to our negligence.

Cookies.
Cookies are small files downloaded to a computer when you visit a website. They are designed to improve your experience on that site and do not harm your computer. We, through Shopify, use cookies in this way.

Here is a list of cookies, provided by Shopify, that we use:
_session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits.
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
_cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
